This role will lead structure, performance and culture by driving transformation through partnerships, continuous improvement and innovation.
As the frontline leader for an operations team of 88 within the Broadmeadow Network Control Centre you will deliver safe and efficient train operations across the Hunter Valley in accordance with customer needs. With your team you will identify and spearhead continuous improvement and change opportunities and drive the future vision for network control and a culture embedded in delivering both operational excellence and purposeful and positive innovation.
Your career background will clearly demonstrate process improvement, innovation and collaboration across industries which might include, but not limited to supply chain, transportation, materials handling, manufacturing or resources. You will be a self-assured communicator with the ability to win the confidence of customers, the support of your peer group with the capability to positively influence a diverse group of stakeholders. With a proven management career track record, you will possess strategic, business planning, budgeting, coaching and mentoring skills.
