Scope of Role
Manage the entire “sales cycle” in relation to integration and enterprise workflow solutions. Conduct prospecting, marketing and sales activities to identify and close sales opportunities. Areas of operation Victoria, Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.
Coordinate and manage customer and prospect relationships, and control the entire sales-cycle.
Meet and exceed activity targets and sales revenue targets; Provide customers and prospective new customers with advice on our solutions offerings; Use the workflow knowledge and technical capability of the team to identify the problems of customers and the solution options that can be provided; Assist to develop the criteria for identifying and realising sales opportunities; Identify and propose solutions that involve the full range of products and services offered to secure new business and build lasting- business relationships; Uncover sales opportunities across the client base and new clients within our industry sectors of manufacturing and construction.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution B2B selling; Demonstrated experience of proposing and selling integration-software and related services is essential; Solid general knowledge of the AU and/or NZ Manufacturing Sectors, and the design to production to distribution workflow that applies to manufacturing companies; A demonstrated understanding of a range of manufacturing ERP systems and related processes; An understanding of business process re-engineering, project management and business systems analysis methods and tools; Demonstrated, strong presentation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to communicate at all levels of industry; Strong, time-management and prioritisation capabilities; Demonstrated experience in presenting and selling solutions products and services.
