Reporting directly to the General Manager the role of Regional Sales Manager will be to work autonomously and lead a small team to drive the growth of business revenue for both product sales and consulting services. Commercially astute you will possess sound analytical skills and enjoy selling innovative customer centric solutions to your clients and establishing and maintaining relationships at the senior most decision making level.
With a primary focus on new business development, lead generation, pipeline management and team establishment, this role will require exceptional drive, energy, discipline and enthusiasm in conjunction with outstanding negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills. A natural interest in business networking and relationship development should be prevalent.
Preferably tertiary qualified, you will be a highly motivated new business developer with well developed solution-selling experience and have a proven successful track record within a similar environment. Ambitious for the success of the company and the realisation of its vision, this hands on role will suit a passionate individual with B2B consulting experience gained from within the professional services, business process outsourcing, human resource consulting or technology sectors.
