Our CoreStaff division is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the team and grow the South East QLD Business.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cold call, proposals and securing business all while keeping the database updated. Focusing on blue collar work within a variety of industries and levels this role brings a level of diversity and flexibility to grow the business. You will be backed by a high performing operations team allowing you comfort knowing that your new clients’ needs will be managed to the highest standard.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in new business acquisitions within the blue collar industrial sector. You will need to have demonstrated success in winning business and applying a solution sales approach. You will need to be self-motivated and driven to achieve, combined with strong communications and negotiating skills.
