They are seeking an experienced, solutions based and commercially astute State Manager with a B2B background to join their national executive leadership team in New South Wales. You will drive growth by successfully identifying and developing new business opportunities while effectively maintaining existing customer relationships. It is essential that you can demonstrate superior sales, have the ability to contribute to the executive leadership group, work with other functional heads across the commercial, residential and customer services divisions. In addition, establish compelling business and product development models to support customers, clients and build an in-depth knowledge of the market place potential.
The role requires expertise in Key Account Management, Business Development, Category Marketing, Promotions, Tenders and Proposals. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience and a rich contact base within the building products, construction, infrastructure and wholesale services’ sector With appropriate tertiary qualifications you will be an exceptional communicator who is able to seamlessly integrate at all levels and with a proven ability to influence and contribute tactically and strategically.
