They are now seeking an experienced, commercially astute and entrepreneurial Human Resources Manager to join their executive leadership team to engage, support and drive strategic people and culture goals through this significant expansion. Reporting to the Managing Director, this highly autonomous role will interact across all levels within the organisation.
This is a true business partner role that will address challenges across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines. The environment is dynamic and the culture encourages personal growth through high-performance team work. Immediate challenges will include; collaborating with the senior leadership group in all aspects of HR and workplace relations to drive performance productivity and employee engagement levels; management of the HRIS system; consulting on key policy and employment legislation issues; recruitment, training and development, manage WH&S requirements; working collaboratively and proactively with all areas within the business and support the business leaders in line with the strategic direction of the business.
With at least 8 years’ experience as a generalist Human Resources Manager it is essential that you can demonstrate superior commercial and business career experience within a complex business to business multi-site industrial services business. Exposure within the infrastructure, construction, mining, resources, and building and wholesale services’ sectors will be well regarded. With appropriate tertiary qualifications you will be an exceptional communicator who is able to seamlessly integrate from blue-collar to professional level and with a proven ability to influence and contribute tactically and strategically. This national group have strong growth aspirations and you will demonstrate a high level of intellectual rigour, energy and passion in what you undertake.
