As a key member of the Processing Leadership team, the Processing Superintendent has responsibility for ensuring daily processing and associated activities occur in a safe, productive and cost efficient manner. Reporting into the Processing Manager, the role will drive performance in a newly commissioned process plant, providing strong leadership and mentorship to four shift operational crews, all with safety as the number one priority. The identification and implementation of improvement opportunities to improve safety, cost and efficiency is of high importance.
To add maximum value in this role you will have in-depth experience in a complex processing plant, ideally processing multiple base metals, with strong technical knowledge in mineral processing flotation. Sophisticated leadership capability with proven experience mentoring and developing team members is also critical. You will ideally have qualifications in Metallurgy or Chemical/Process Engineering.
